It has been an unusual time. The real test is yet to come. Julie and I have spent long hours discussing, speculating and planning how we will re-open the best verison of The White Horse that we can. There will be changes. But we are looking at this as an oppurtunity. We have had time to look at what we did and pick the best of it to move forward with.
We want to work harder with local producers and suppliers and in so doing support and strengthen our communuty.
We want to push our standards higher then they have ever been and make sure that if you decide to venture from your homes to dine with us you can do so in confidence.
We want to provide for our local area by creating a dining experience different to anyone else.
We want to maintain the health and safety of our staff and guests and we want to achieve this in a way that makes you feel at ease and still really enjoy going out.
Julie and I have compiled a set of 'We Are' statements for both our staff and guests; which we hope will begin to reasure anyone who decides to visit us that we are doing everything we can, not just the minimum requirements.
